DAZZEON launches a worldwide leading aqua protection technology for electronic devices.
DAZZEON launches a worldwide leading aqua protection technology for electronic devices. This cutting edge technology provides with an excellent water resistance to the electronics and simultaneously preserves all the electromagnetic properties such as the conductivity of electrodes or the sensitivity of a gyroscope.
The giant demanding of electronic applications in smartphones, automotive sensors, and IoTs also increases the requirement of water protection for devices. Traditionally, one uses conformal coating or chemical vapor deposition (CVD) to employ a chemical layer of water protection. However, such coatings would change the electrical characteristics of devices. For example, a connector may be insulated by applying conformal coatings.
DAZZEON synthesizes ~1.7 nm siloxane nanoparticles and such nanoparticles can form a water-repellent thin film in nanoscale. This unique thin film allows electrons passing through, increases the resistance to water, and more importantly, it doesn’t change the electrical properties of devices. Without the need of expensive vacuum system nor the complex fabrication processes, dipping and baking are all you need to make the electronic devices IPX7/8.
