In-depth Fiber with Long-lasting Water Repellent Effect
In the modern 21st century, the world’s ready-to-wear textile industry is looking for innovative technology. In view of this, DAZZEON’s top technical group composed of talents and experts with different industrial and academic backgrounds is established to develop BUZZNO through key refinement nanotechnology. Containing nano-particles with water-repellent effect, BUZZNO has an average particle size of 72±21 nm, which can penetrate deep into the fiber to make the fabric both durable with outstanding water-repellent effect.

Principles

While Soaking, nanoparticles with water-repellent effect are scattered on the surface of the fiber.

Through the spinning of the washing machine, nanoparticles with water-repellent effect penetrate into the fiber.

Nanoparticles with water-repellent effect are completely soaked into the fiber to achieve a long-lasing and outstanding water-repellent effect.
Simple and Innovative Process
By using nanotechnology, DAZZEON “BUZZNO" uses water as a carrier to bring water-repellent nanoparticles into the fiber through soaking and spinning of the washing machine. The simple process is similar to the general laundry procedure and can be integrated with the laundry process. Mixing
BUZZNO and clean water are evenly mixed in a 1:30 weight ratio.

The clothes are soaked in the mixture and washed thoroughly.

A Water Repellent Effect of up to 80% Even after More than 20 Washes
Instead of resin-based surface coating, DAZZEO “BUZZNO" uses water as a carrier so that the water-repellent nanoparticles can be delivered deeply into the fiber to stabilize the combination of water-repellent and fiber with greater effect. With a water repellent effect of up to 80% even after more than 20 washes, BUZZNO allows high permeability without affecting water evaporation.
Eco-friendly Green Nanotechnology without Carcinogenic PFOA and PFOS
(which will be banned by the EU starting from 2020)
As a fluoride material at a nano-structure level, DAZZEON “BUZZNO" does not contain carcinogenic PFOA and PFOS which makes it a great substitute to traditional water repellent. According to the EU assessment report, it is concluded that PFOA, PFOS, and related substances, whether used in the mixture or compound as a single substance or other substances, pose an unacceptable risk to human health and the environment. Therefore, both C8 Fluorinated Water Repellent and C6 Fluorinated Water Repellent will be banned from use by the EU starting from 2020.

According to a transnational survey conducted by the environmental protection organization GREENPEACE a month ago, among the 40 water-repellent products randomly selected from 19 different countries, 36 contains PFCS with the detection rate as high as 90%.
